A Dairy needed help from a Siemens S7 PLC Programmer and we were happy to lend a helping hand.
Acquire Control helped out with a dairy’s new yogurt production line that was being installed as due to time constraints assistance with the PLC Software from a Siemens S7 PLC Programmer was needed. So we duly provided the assistance as required.
After discussing the controls philosophy with the customer and further understanding their exact scope of supply we were able to make a start with the Siemens Step 7 PLC program. We provided the necessary in house PLC Software design, allowing for the critical parts of the production process to be completed in time for the on-site commissioning stage.
The PLC that was used was a Siemens S7-300 PLC and as experienced Step 7 Programmers we were able to assist with the project despite the tight deadline. The end result being another rock solid control system and super reliable yogurt production.
