We recently supplied and installed a TR Electronic IV20 Distributor module which is used to distribute the signal from an incremental rotary encoder to 4 x ABB robots. The TR Electronic IV20 module was supplied as part of a control system on a UK
installation which we installed. It allows differing voltage levels to be output from an incremental encoder to extend the signal path in complex systems. The 0V reference is used as the IV-20 supply voltage.
Key features include:
1. Module with Incremental Encoder connection (K0, /K0, K1, /K1, K2, /K2).
2. Four operating modes for adaptation to the signal source.
3. Six output channels with adjustable output levels (5VDC, 11-30VDC).
