An engineering company approached Acquire Control with a requirement for a complete PLC Control System for a new automated hydraulic punch machine that they were in the process of developing. The system, which allows for fast and accurate punching of parts used in the double-glazing industry, had to be not only reliable but also cost effective so that they could remain competitive when trying to sell the machines on to their customers.
We were able to quote for a complete PLC Control System incorporating a Mitsubishi FX1S PLC and a small Controls Panel as requested by the customer, and also quoted to supply the necessary Mitsubishi FX1S PLC Support as required for the project. The customer promptly placed the order with us.
Following initial control panel design and build the Mitsubishi FX1S PLC Support PLC Programming Software was completed and commissioned within a day allowing for future units to be manufactured and supplied by us with the PLC Software already installed and ready for connection as a ‘turn key’ solution.
